Solar Power for Mesh nodes
AWS-SUN provides solar power to feed any devices in the wireless mesh sensor network. This solution is used when it is necessary to install a wireless device in places in the open without a local mains power source or on roofs or in awkward locations where providing power would be difficult. The panel includes an IP66 housing with ample space for the wireless device. Sensors requiring a power source may also be fed from this unit, depending upon the power rating of sensor(s).
IP66 Housing Option
AWS-IPH provides the option of economically adding IP66 protection to the Adaptive Wireless Solutions Ltd range of wireless devices. These enclosures are a neat and stylish way of adding required protection to your wireless sensing and repeater devices for use, for example; outdoors, clean rooms, wash-down installations (e.g. food industry), or any application where increased dust and water ingress protection is needed. A range of sizes and materials is available, depending upon the application requirements.
